UNEDUCATED MANAGERS The only reason I am working with a dealership in Miami is because they are the only only in FL that have the Wrangler with the options I need. Worse The only reason I am working with a dealership in Miami is because they are the only only in FL that have the Wrangler with the options I need. Worse experience ever! The manager said anything he had to say to get me to send credit app and then changed everything trying to sale me the car $6 over MSRP for a Sahara. Said the dealer had other “options” like GPS when the Sahara I choose had the upgraded GPS from factory. Very disrespectful people insulting client intelligence and misleading them in signing on a rip-off. More

The major complain, I have, with this dealer team was in the lack of explanations and clarifications when it came down to the contract details (e.g., banks finance charge options, payoff of trade, discounts available, etc). To be honest, most of the time, the sale person, as well as the financial manager, put a lot of effort into pressuring me to the get a leasing option instead standard purchasing option, as I indicated. The financial manager, used his time to put pressure into selling useless options for the car. I will recommend that if you are buying a new car from this dealer, you come prepare to negotiate heavily. The financial managers are very good in persuading you into getting you to pay top dollar for a car that in most others dealers you will get below sticker. Questions you may have after the deal in completed, are ignored. I will not recommend the team that took care of my contract and negotiation, it might be my case is isolated case. More
