Lack of communication and poor work ethic. I received my vehicle with some of the same damages I had advised them about on my initial drop off. I haven’t had my vehicle in a total of a month and a half. They still have my vehicle because of a part that will arrive on the 11th which was pushed back two weeks from the original date. Not to mention the work that was indeed done was incorrect and almost caused a hazard with my family. No one wants to take responsibility for anything but when you are buying a 80,000 dollar car everyone is nice to you and offers you coffee. Hugo and Jorge have been fantastic and can’t thank them enough as they attempt to show face for the disaster happening in the service department. More
Took my vehicle in to service to change the oil before a big road trip (which I told my rapid advisor) when I got the truck back the oil had not been changed as the decal stated that I should return for my big road trip (which I told my rapid advisor) when I got the truck back the oil had not been changed as the decal stated that I should return for my next oil change at 1654 miles from where it was meaning by this logic I would need to do oil changes at every 2200 miles. They did a 160 inspection according to the tech that assisted. About 600 miles into my road trip that was mentioned I had to replace all 4 tires as they were rotted (which I visually saw when the mechanic that helped me showed me them individually) which should be covered by the dealer based on my purchased maximum warranty. So I would not recommend as they obviously don’t know what to look for when inspecting Cars as I feel should be right up there with gas when checking a vehicle. So would not recommend this service department with the most minuscule job. More
