Horrible experience. They have no system or process for communicating with customers . They took 2 hours to find my car after they called me to say car was ready. After t They have no system or process for communicating with customers . They took 2 hours to find my car after they called me to say car was ready. After two hours I was informed my keys were lost. Cars are parked in three different parking lots. No note is made as to where the car was left or any numbering of spots . Every time someone comes to pick up a car it’s a scavenger gun. Horrible experience . I am still waiting for the replacement of my key. It has been a week and I have not heard back anything. More
