The negotiating of a car is always painful and this was no exception. Hector and Robert worked with us to honor our carmax appraisal (after we fought for) but insisted upon some fees we opposed. The first technician had no clue. It won't start and he replaced the starter motor even though the engine was turning over. So question it and he replaced the fuel pump. Had it towed back and they found some wires that were demage. 3 months later it worked. The last technician was good and management work with me. More
