Horrible communication. I had to call repeatedly to get answers. My car was there for 2 weeks and during that time I received no calls nothing from my service advisor. Ev I had to call repeatedly to get answers. My car was there for 2 weeks and during that time I received no calls nothing from my service advisor. Every time I called he was unavailable. Nothing he told me was clear. Seemed like he was making things up. Finally spoke to someone helpful and was able to get resolved. I will avoid this place like the plague if I can. More
