Both other dealerships made me want to stop looking for a new car right then and there. Came in to Roy Robinson and was actually happy to be car shopping again. They never tried to sell us anything out of our price range, and didn't laugh in our faces for having less than perfect credit or for needing to stay in budget for the car payment. Both Woody and Brian worked with us until we found something we were happy with. And I mean worked with us. We started our car shopping in July and didn't actually purchase one until November. They both checked in with us and let us know of anything that had hit the lot that met our requirements. I will definitely let people know to shop at Roy Robinson the next time they're looking for a car - new or used. More

Bought a 2008 New in 2008 Silverado Crew 4x4 ect..... Late evening sale. salesman worked us over with his scamming way and then pushed us out the door. totally felt screwed. Hurry and out. Left truck over weekend for some detail work some scratches to be removed. came back on monday and there were more scratches on front of truck and 50 more miles on the speedometer. This Told told me someone went for a joy ride. We hope the salesman doesn't work there anymore . When I originally decided to wait on the purchase and asked for my keys to my trade in he wouldn't give them back. I asked him 4 times. I had to threaten him with calling the police. I choose to not buy another Chevy there and every time I drive by robinsons on the freeway I get an ill feeling. More

I went to the Subaru Dealership 8/9/2014 because I am looking to buy a car within the next month or so. I told them I want to test drive a WRX and a BRZ. I called before I went in to check if i need to make an appointment to test drive a car and they said no. Not only did they not have a WRX on the lot (which wasn't a big deal because of the high demand I understand), the sales person told me they need to run a CREDIT CHECK on me to TEST DRIVE a freaking car. Are you kidding me? I'm sorry but when I try on clothes and shoes at the mall, they don't run a credit check on me. The sales person was Dave Koshak. Not only he was disrespectful, he was wasted my time with all the unnecessary B.S and him rambling about something which I didn't even pay attention because it was waste of time and energy. He never apologized for being disrespectful. After an hour of wasting my time, I finally got to test drive a BRZ. He took my Driver's license and insurance to make a copy. He repeatedly told me they will not run a credit check without my consent and I never consented. If I find out they did (which they have all the information on my driver license to do a soft credit check), I will take legal actions, which can be up to $2,500 fine to the dealer from what I understand. On Dave Koshak's business card, it stated he is an internet consultant but he even had trouble typing my cellphone number on his computer. It seemed like he doesn't even know how to use computer well. how pathetic. A Word of advise to the Dealership and the sales person: Everyone who walks through your dealership door can be a customer. Doesn't matter if they are Asian, White, Black, old or young. Just because they look young or dress young doesn't mean they can't afford to buy a car. Granted, I look young for my age and I was wearing graphic T-shirts and shorts but that shouldn't matter. I am a college graduate and have a career. Stop prejudging people and learn how to respect the customers. Without us you will have no business. I wonder how different I would have been treated if I went in wearing a suit. I will never go back to this dealership again. What a horrible experience. Even made me doubt Subaru. I will contact the Subaru about my experience with this dealership. You have pissed off the wrong person. More

THERE WAS NO PRESSURE, JUST A HELPFUL, INFORMATIVE, COURTEOUS, PATIENT, SALESMAN WHO ACCOMODATED US ACCORDING TO OUR SCHEDUAL. HE TREATED US LIKE A GOOD FAMILY MEMBER AND WE FELT COMFORTABLE AND CONFIDENT. WE WILL RETURN TO DOK CHANG FOR ALL FUTURE PURCHASES. WE PURCHASED A BEAUTIFUL SUBARU OUTBACK. I already knew the price that I should pay for my 2014 Silverado before I visited the car dealers. Roy Robinson Chevrolet gave me the best price before I started the negotiation process compared to other car dealers. After we negotiated the price, the salesman gave me additional rebates that I was not aware of, which reduced the sales price more. I recommend Roy Robinson Chevrolet to other customers who are planning on purchasing a vehicle. More

After picking out the vehicle we wanted to purchase Kelly as usually went above and beyond our expectations to give us an excellent price for the car we purchased. The price we paid was what we needed to pay with no payments since I'm planning to retire in the next 45 days. Kelly Rayson has a pleasing personality which makes him easy to work with. We walked out of Roy Robinson Chevrolet feeling very pleased with the purchase price and the Salesman. More
Wonderful customer service! Last August & September I began looking for a new car. I did a location search online for a Chevrolet Equinox & was contacted by Brent Castano at Roy Last August & September I began looking for a new car. I did a location search online for a Chevrolet Equinox & was contacted by Brent Castano at Roy Robinson Chevrolet. Brent was very friendly, asked what features I was looking for in a car, & we scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival Brent had the car we discussed pulled up next to the office & spent a long time going over the features of the car, showing me how the navigation system worked, & had me take the car for a test drive. There was never any pressure to purchase the car, which I appreciated very much! I delayed my purchase of the car at that time, contacted Brent in the late fall, & he graciously replied to my questions. In late February 2014 I decided it was time to buy my new car (my old car is 9 1/2 years old with 180,000 miles on it). In an effort to be an informed consumer, I chose to research all small SUV's, went & looked at those in my budget, did test drives, and ultimately decided the Chevrolet Equinox was still the SUV I wanted to purchase. On March 23rd I emailed Brent, & let him know I was ready to purchase my new Equinox. I told him what model & features I was looking for, & we ultimately set up an appointment for March 30th. Sunday afternoon Brent sat down with me & located a 2014 FWD LTZ Chevrolet Equinox in the White Diamond Tricoat exterior, & Jet Black leather interior, that I was looking for. The car was in Oregon, over 200 miles from his dealership, but he arranged a dealer trade. We came to an agreement on price, & my car was waiting for me when I got off work the next day! My daughter Meghan drove me up to Roy Robinson Chevrolet Monday evening to pick up my new SUV. We spent time checking out my new car, taking photos, & just enjoying sitting in & looking at my new car!! The paperwork was a breeze-a special 'thank you' to the office staff! Brent spent time connecting my phone to the navigation system, set up a couple radio stations for me, & preparing me for a safe drive home. I would like to note that the first time I met Brent, he had told me once I have purchased my new car, we would schedule 1 or 2 appointments to teach me how to use the navigation & lane departure systems. This was one of the selling points that helped me decide to go back to Brent. I am happy to say he kept to that promise & we had one appointment this past Saturday, & have plans to go back again in the next week or two. I would also like to say that I never experienced any high pressure sales practices during any of my interactions with Roy Robinson Chevrolet this past year. That practice along with the wonderful customer service I received from Brent is what brought me back to the dealership & ultimately to buy my new Equinox there. I am excited to own beautiful new SUV. Thanks to all at Roy Robinson for making my purchase enjoyable experience! **** I posted a review last week after purchasing my car, & it is NOT on this website. I re-read the guidelines, & am providing feedback as to why I rated this dealer with the # of stars that I did. I hope that it will be posted this time: I gave 5 STARS for Friendliness, Overall Experience & Customer Service all because my salesman, Brent Castano & the office staff were friendly & helpful during my car buying experience; & because I never felt any pressure to purchase my beautiful car until I was ready. I gave the price 4 STARS only because due to my limited knowledge on how to 'bargain' on the sales price, it is possible that I could have paid a lower price, if I had more experience in that arena. Dave Koshak was personable and knowledgeable. He worked very hard to get the interest rate I wanted and I was under a time constraint and he did his best to make me familiar with the vehicle before I had t very hard to get the interest rate I wanted and I was under a time constraint and he did his best to make me familiar with the vehicle before I had to leave. I think what really impressed me was that he encouraged me to come back when I had more time to thoroughly go over all the vehicles features. I would prefer that you had your own rating survey instead of all the choices, which some of them asked personal information I did not want to give. Also, I bought a Subaru and there is no option for that on this survey. I don't like this survey either - they get you at the end and I won't use it again. More
I was in the process of buy a 94 legacy touring wagon a VERY hard to find model that i have been looking for for months. On my way to pick up the car the sale man called me to tell me they had sold the car VERY hard to find model that i have been looking for for months. On my way to pick up the car the sale man called me to tell me they had sold the car the night before, VERY unhappy with how this deal went down CANNOT when the middle of a purchase with financing squared away that they would just sell the car out from under me. It may take me 1yr or more to find that model again More
