They made an offer, we made an offer, and we agreed on a price and that was that. We arrived close to closing, so we came back the next day to do paperwork and make payment. They cleaned our vehicle, filled up the gas tank, and the rest is history. We will definitely be back to Roy Robinson on our next car purchase. Best car buying experience I have ever had. More

He engaged us, and thou he has somewhat private questions at times that did not pertain to the purchase at all, he was pleasant. We had seen the car we wanted online and The price was $3,000 lower than marked, but we were told it was because it had been on the lot for so long and nothing was wrong with it. Less than a week after purchase, the battery light came on and the car died. We replaced the battery but the light still came on. We spoke to Kelly, who was no longer his friendly self - how very surprising! I say this sarcastically, as it was expected since our purchase was complete. After looking at the car today, they priced it at almost $1300 to replace the alternator, bad cables and gear shift. What kind of dealership does is?! It was supposedly checked before it left the lot originally and now all of a sudden it has all these problems? What a rip off!!! What kind of professional dealership sells a car they know does not work properly and then charges you up the butt for repairs that should have been made before sale?!?! Avoid this place!!!!!! More
I went to Roy Robinson originally from a Craigslist lead on a used car. When I got there, I realized they had a lot more to choose from than Subaru's and Chevy's. The salesman listened to my wants/needs and on a used car. When I got there, I realized they had a lot more to choose from than Subaru's and Chevy's. The salesman listened to my wants/needs and recommended cars that maybe I hadn't thought about before. I left that day giving the salesman a job to put together some cars that would fit in my budget. He replied that evening with some options. After narrowing it down further, I told him I would be in over the weekend. He came in on his day off just for me. I test drove two different cars while my family waited at the dealership and was taken care of from the friendly staff. We narrowed it down to "the one" and when it came to price, they were able to work with my budget. I feel I got a great deal on my car! It KBB'd for $2500 more than what I paid for it. Thank you everyone at Roy Robinson Chevrolet! More
We purchased a new 2013 Subaru Outback and were pleased at how effortless the process was to get the best deal we could find. I had to wait 2 months waiting for a phone call to tell me my mirror part was in and never received a phone call so. I decided to call and see if it was in last wk and I was informed when I call ya it was me my mirror part was in and never received a phone call so. I decided to call and see if it was in last wk and I was informed when I call ya it was there waiting for me. So I scheduled for an oil change and my mirror and then two days after that I received a call to let me know my part was on my voicemail. So I called the guy back to tell him he is the one I already talked to and scheduled with so please check to make sure I'm in the system. I was. When I went in John (I can't remember his last name but he sat closest to the working area) helped me when I came in. He was very helpful to me letting me know more on how my warranty worked and took me out to my truck to show me that I needed to if my sway bar bolts that had come off. And talked to me a little about my truck. I thought he was very personal and really felt like he wanted to make sure I knew what part he was talking about to get it fixed ASAP. I've always dealt with Roy Robinson in marysville for all my Chevy I buy and I appreciate the workers that go that extra mile to make sure I understand. Thanks More
I had my heart set on a brand newFord Explorer, my husband's was on a Toyota Somethingorother. We did our due diligence and test drove vehicles from every dealership on I-5 from Lynnwood Toyota through Everett Dodge. We met many salespeople: the disengaged, the pushy, the overly friendly. All I had to do was make "it through" Chevy, and I was on my way to my dream vehicle with the black and caramel interior and adjustable foot pedals. At Roy Robinson Doug Patchet greeted us right away and listened to what I was looking for. I sat in a couple of vehicels and after listening to my feedback, Doug led us to the Equinox. It was dazzeling white with a beautiful two-toned black and dove grey interior with red stitching. I couldn't wait to get in it. During the test drive, I was full of questions and Doug answered each one in a professional and believable manner. I felt very comfortable with him. This was a used 2012 with 10m miles, but in perfect condition. By the time the ride was over, I knew I wanted THIS car! Doug handled everthing and smoothed out the details. I chose the optional Xzilon coating to keep the car looking showroom new. The service department did a beautiful job. I am very proud of me new car and totally satisfied with my experience at Roy Robinson. I never expected this kind of treatment in buying a "used" car. It felt like a new car experience More
The salesman went beyond his duties to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle, even after the transaction was complete. Yesterday, I purchased and took possession of a 2113 Subaru STI from the Roy Robinson Dealership in Marysville, WA. The purchasing process was easy and low pressure from beginning to end. As soon as Subaru STI from the Roy Robinson Dealership in Marysville, WA. The purchasing process was easy and low pressure from beginning to end. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and escorted back to the salesman that had taken my vehicle order in December or 2012. He was very friendly and approachable. I traded in my 2010 Subaru WRX (which had been purchased from them) and felt that they gave me a very fair trade in value which was applied to the purchase price of my new STI. I financed my vehicle through one of the preferred financial institutions that the dealership worked with and felt that I got an excellent APR on my vehicle. Through the financing process I worked with a warm and friendly woman (who, coincidentally, had been the salesperson that sold to me my first Subaru). She provided useful and insightful information about extended Subaru warranties, maintenance plans, etc., and not once did I feel that there was any pressure to buy any of them. As this was my second purchase with Roy Robinson, I had come to expect a superior car buying experience, and I was not disappointed. In fact, I believe that the quality of customer services was better than it has ever been before (although I’m not sure how they could have improved their already excellent customer services). I highly recommend that anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle visit Roy Robinson. More
