Pushy pushy pushy My husband and I bought a vehicle from here 2 days later the car was broken. We were given a loaner car and then tried to contact the dealer for 2 wee My husband and I bought a vehicle from here 2 days later the car was broken. We were given a loaner car and then tried to contact the dealer for 2 weeks straight to hear nothing then out of the blue we were called saying that the bank had called and interviewd my husband and was now denying financing we go to the dealership and greeted by the manager he was great but this sales person was rude and pushy from the start he lied about the financing and avoided us at all costs not even an apology. We left without a car and I will never go to another ken Garf dealership agian More

All talk I was contacted by this dealership after a Truecar inquiry. The individual who I originally spoke with indicated that I should come in to discuss the I was contacted by this dealership after a Truecar inquiry. The individual who I originally spoke with indicated that I should come in to discuss the offer after establishing that we were somewhat close to an agreement. I took time out of my busy Saturday based on this, but when I arrived I immediately was given different figures and had all but walked away when the "sales manager" told me they could fix it. I sent another hour and a half at the dealership before they came back again and told me they could not honor the original agreement. They were Very nice to my sons while i was waiting to be told no, but disappointed with my experience overall More
