What Others Say

Painful experience. It took almost 3 weeks to get two tires on a car I was buying. Poor communication until I said the experience was painful. Promised the car would be detailed, it was filthy. Promised a full tank of gas. Watched the person leave with the car to get it filled with a passenger. Gone 30 minutes and only half a tank of gas. I let the salesman know and he said he would talk to his manager to see what they can do. I am still waiting to hear back about that and when the last oil change was because there isn’t a sticker. Very disappointed in the experience.

The service team at this location is outstanding! Always dependable, trust them 100%! I have been coming to this location for 15 years, and I would still choose them 10 out of 10 times! I appreciate the service team and all they do for me and my family. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the recall appointment it was finished sooner than I thought

We purchased our Nissan vehicle from Ken Garff. The sales people were wonderful and trustworthy so we have not hesitated to have all of our servicing done at the dealership in Salt Lake City. We have continued to be very impressed with the Nissan staff. Servicing appointments are easy to make and they make sure you know what work they will be doing and keep you informed throughout the process. Technicians are thorough and competent. Work and pricing are well outlined in final bill. They want to make sure you leave the service shop a satisfied customer.

I have had my vehicles serviced at Ken Garrf for over 15 years now and they have never failed to go the extra mile. I haven't always been happy with the news they deliver about repairs but I'm sure they've always done their best to minimize it. Brad and his team are a bunch of great guys who deserve kudos for their service. Just this week I had some warranty issues with my Titan XD Diesel. Brad referred me to Tim Dahle because they have a diesel tech and he explained that Ken Garff does not. I really didn't want to take my truck to the Dark Side because I've had unpleasant dealing with Tim Dahle in the past but I was basically left with few choices. Suffice it to say that when I went to Tim Dahle I didn't expect much and they did not disappoint. After poor service and egregious miscommunications I was literally in a shouting match with their Service Manager who threatened to call the police. In frustration I sought help from Ken Garf with the warranty issues I was having. Sam took the initiative and contacted Kornerstone for me and gave me a number for them to contact. Long story short, my issue is now resolved and the "bad taste in my mouth" I've had with Tim Dahle for going on 20 years is still there. I have purchased my last four vehicles at Ken Garff and I can say that in my experience, their service after the sale is second to none.

Spoke with salesperson Pahl who told me the Z is in high demand and I advised him I know that's not the case as the cars are sitting on lots for several weeks and several available nationwide. This is typical dealer strategy to make you think your options are limited on negotiations. Dealers are selling Z's under msrp if you call around and search forums on pricing discussions. Pahl came back advising they haven't sold a Z under msrp and immediately advised Pahl that's a red flag for me and he basically halted communication. No car should be sold at or above msrp. Dealers that are doing so are greedy and money hungry. Best way to teach these Dealers a lesson is to stop doing business with them. It's sad Nissan allows this. They should be stripped of their dealer license from Nissan.
