I had an incredible experience working with Anthony and - Salatini02

I had an incredible experience working with Anthony and Johnny at Ken Garff Orem while searching for my new car. As a woman unfamiliar with cars, I found the process intimidating, but Anthony made it easy. From the first phone call, he was respectful and genuinely concerned about my credit. The dealership atmosphere was welcoming and clean. Anthony's knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and even though I had credit challenges, I left with the perfect car. Johnny walked me through the contract details clearly and made the signing process fun with his tech setup. Overall, if you're looking for genuine, patient service, I highly recommend visiting Anthony and Johnny at Ken Garff Orem. They truly care about helping you find the right vehicle. Thank you, Anthony and Johnny they made my year!

They sold me a car without a title. - Beelizabeth

They sold me a car without a title. When I took it back to them, they bent over backwards to make things right for me. We found a vehicle that was almost a perfect exchange for the car I was returning. But it was at a different dealership in Bountiful. Mike Cheadle called them to arrange to buy it from them and drove up and got it while I waited. It is a year newer, about the same mileage as the one I returned and at a lower cost so I could buy it outright with the money I had instead of having to finance part of the cost. If I need another car, I will definitely go back.
