No sense of time This was my very first experience at a dealership and I was not impressed. I was buying a used jeep so I knew it wouldn't be the best vehicle right of This was my very first experience at a dealership and I was not impressed. I was buying a used jeep so I knew it wouldn't be the best vehicle right off the lot. I am in sales myself and I felt there was a lot of unnecessary fluff that went into the sales process. The process should have been a lot more efficient. I was waiting there for 3 or 4 hours while the sales team "talked with their manager" or "went to bat for me" or "wasn't sure". Signed for the vehicle as is, then went and tried to pick it up, it didn't start. they tried their best to help but once again, I waited for another 2 hours for service. I then got a lot more information on the vehicle that was not disclosed. Luckily the ended up letting me out of the contract. Long story short, I felt like my time wasn't important to them since I was a younger buyer, even though I took time out of my 60 hour work week to try for the vehicle. If they would have leveled with me instead of using the poor sales tactics, I probably would have felt very different. More
