Incompetent and have ruined my credit DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. Please bear with me in this long review so you can be aware of the tactics and the absolute idiocy of this dealersh DO NOT buy a car from this dealer. Please bear with me in this long review so you can be aware of the tactics and the absolute idiocy of this dealership. My husband and I went in very up front with our conditions of trading in a vehicle for a larger one. We did not want to continue unless our conditions could be met. We were presented with two options for down payment and monthly payments and we chose one. Even though our main condition was our monthly payments not going up agreed to a slightly higher monthly payment due to the fact that it was a pretty negligible amount. The process (we thought) went smoothly, we put money down, traded in our vehicle, signed the contracts, and left with the car. 12 days later we received a call from someone in finance asking us to put more money down or get a better cosigner, which we refused as the down payment was a second stipulation we asked for. He told us he was having trouble getting financing but he would let us know that day what was going on. We received no call that day or the next. We called immediately the third day, 13 days after we took the vehicle home. We were unable to get any answers from anyone in finance. The individual we spoke to on the phone refused to give us any information until she talked to General Manager. We were unable to speak to anyone else. We were finally informed to come in and talk to Winston, the manager. When we spoke with Winston this time he had a print out of what he was able to offer us, which was actually better monthly payments due to some adjustment on their part. He stated that he was waiting to hear back from one more bank to see if he could get us an even better deal, but that "this is golden" (his words exactly). He said that once he heard from the last bank he would send a runner to our home (we live 40 minutes away) to sign the papers. He also assured us that they were not pulling our credit any more with trying to get financing from all these different places. Fast forward two days later and we get a call with the final deal SEVENTY DOLLARS more a month than Winston's golden offer he said was set in stone. We told them no way, we wanted our trade in vehicle back and they told us to come in and that WInston would explain what happened. Meanwhile I was still getting calls from my old vehicle finance company because now i was late on payments because my vehicle hadn't been paid off yet. Plus my credit report now showed SIX hard inquiries on my credit because of the multiple times they and the banks they attempted to get financing from. When we arrived (again) we had some random sales person try to explain "oh wait, we DID get financing, let me show you what we did" instead of Winston coming to speak with us when we were just told on the phone it wasn't going to work. WInston finally came to speak with us saying that they actually were able to get the financing for yet another different monthly amount. He attempted to explain how much this hurt them and how much they had to lower the price of the vehicle, etc, etc, like it wasn't their fault that all of this happened. We still don't have a straight answer why they were able to offer us this slightly different deal than what Winston promised us, as both deals were from Nissan themselves and Winston wasn't able to be clear on this. The only reason we agreed to this was because the financial and physical hassle of trying to get our old vehicle back, not to mention not trusting that they wouldn't try and charge us fees for the vehicle we were attempting to buy outweighed our anger. It is now two weeks from that day and I am still receiving calls from my old finance company because my old vehicle still isn't paid off. Today I received a letter stating that the check Nissan sent them to pay off the vehicle is being returned for multiple reasons. I now have a car payment coming up on this new vehicle and I legally still owe money on my old vehicle, severely damaging my credit as it is coming up on two months behind. And all they can tell us is "this happens sometimes." More

Awesome deal on a LEAF The management who helped us convert a lease to a purchase was great and helped us compare some options and find the. Eat deal. The additional rebate The management who helped us convert a lease to a purchase was great and helped us compare some options and find the. Eat deal. The additional rebate on the Leaf made it a scr among real. So happy that electric cars are so fully supported by Nissan. Our initial experience 3 years ago was not as great because sales staff we met were not well informed about electric technology or the Leaf. Things are changing, but do the research yourself before you go to dealer. We love it and think many people could easily drive electric, but you need to know the benefits (huge!) and what it takes (how will you charge, public charging options, etc): It is getting better every year!
