I had such a wonerful experience at Ken Garff Nissan. I worked with Brad Jensen and he was awsome. I came in trying to find a used car. We looked at a number of cars for hours. He genuinly seemed to want to help me find the car I was invisioning. I am obviously indecisive and was unsuccessful at finding the car I wanted that day for personal reasons. I'm sure this was frustrating for Brad but he didn't show it. He was great. He has frequently kept in contact with me since. He calls and asks how I am doing. He just wants to see about me not just if I am ready to come in and try again. I will be back and will only work with Brad. I will refer him to others as well. I really appreciate someone who is thinking of me and not just the sale. I will be back soon to work with him. More

Then when I came into the dealership, he listened to what my parameters were, made his recommendations, and worked with me to prepare an offer on teh vehicle I ended up purchasing. Not only Matt, but the other staff members (sales manager, used car evaluation, and finance) also were very friendly and cooperative. The negotiation process was actually fun! I will definitely consider Matt and Ken Garff Nissan for future purchases, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. More

My dad and I worked with Julian and he was a great help to us. We came in to look threw to see what i could find in my price range. His personality was great he was upbeat and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. He seemed like he actually wanted to help find a car that was going to be best for me instead of selling me a car with a bunch of High Tech things i didn't need and would never use. He answered all of our questions (even all my little stupid ones) in a way that i could understand. Everyone there was very friendly, seemed to have a great attitude and was happy to help in any way. This was definately the best dealership that I have been too. My experience there was great over all. The succeeded tremendously with a brand new Brilliant Silver Metal colored 2011 Nissan Vers car my wife wanted with terms that my wife could handle. When my wife locked her keys in the trunk after we had taken the car home, Robb helped us by sending a roadside service technician and having trunk key made and delivered to us after store hours, which required calling a service technician to make a special trip into the dealership. Everything we experienced was above and beyond the call of duty and pleased us greatly. More
