I had searched many dealers before visiting KenGraff but non of then had what i was expecting. The sales person Chris took all of my requirements and just showed one best car and I was sold for it. They have very good used nissan vehicles between the range of 10 to 20k and i would recommend anyone looking in that range. More

When I called the dealership, it was about a car that I had seen on-line. they connected me with their internet salesman, and john was able to walk me through the entire process, including a test drive, in had seen on-line. they connected me with their internet salesman, and john was able to walk me through the entire process, including a test drive, in only a few hours. I had such a wonerful experience at Ken Garff Nissan. I worked with Brad Jensen and he was awsome. I came in trying to find a used car. We looked at a number of cars for hours. He genuinly seemed to want to help me find the car I was invisioning. I am obviously indecisive and was unsuccessful at finding the car I wanted that day for personal reasons. I'm sure this was frustrating for Brad but he didn't show it. He was great. He has frequently kept in contact with me since. He calls and asks how I am doing. He just wants to see about me not just if I am ready to come in and try again. I will be back and will only work with Brad. I will refer him to others as well. Then when I came into the dealership, he listened to what my parameters were, made his recommendations, and worked with me to prepare an offer on teh vehicle I ended up purchasing. Not only Matt, but the other staff members (sales manager, used car evaluation, and finance) also were very friendly and cooperative. The negotiation process was actually fun! I will definitely consider Matt and Ken Garff Nissan for future purchases, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors. More
