I stated to the service rep there was no oil burning from the exhaust and no oil dripping on the ground yet there was a smell of burning oil once in a while. A “complimentary alignment inspection” revealed the wheels were in need of alignment and they would do it for $90.00 while it was there which I declined. The technician told me I would need a new engine because the gaskets were shot and the oil rings were worn and the cost would be $10,489 I did not have the engine replaced as it was more than the vehicle is worth so we paid the $90 service fee. I took it to Les Schwab who said no alignment was needed. Now suspicious I took the vehicle to another mechanic They put dye in the oil and found that the leak was due to a faulty filler cap that was allowing oil to run down on to the engine. The gaskets and oil rings that the dealership said were ruined were in fact fine. This dealership is a fraud. More
Amazing! I have purchased many cars over the years and several from Ken Garff, The last three have been over the last three years. These experiences in particu I have purchased many cars over the years and several from Ken Garff, The last three have been over the last three years. These experiences in particular have surpassed my previous experiences in terms of exceptional over all service. From stepping on the lot to driving away feeling completely satisfied about the way I was treated by the entire staff. Our sales person Trey Pruitt made a huge impact in our final decision to purchase our car and truck. He was kind, courteous and professional. He made us feel so comfortable through the process, never applying the "HIGH PRESSURE" from a sales rep that I have experienced at other dealerships, thanks Trey! We will be back! We hope you can assist us In the future. I have referred my daughter and a few friends to your dealership and they told me a similar experience at Ken Garff. I truly appreciate your honesty, integrity and straight forward way of doing business. Keep up the good work! More

She was patient, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle I bought (2014 Rogue). I was so pleased with my experience I shared it with a co-worker, and my co-worker purchased a vehicle with Greta's assistance too! Thank you so much for the positive car buying experience!!! More

WORSE EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A CAR I HAVE EVER HAD I would like to express the experience that I have had with this company and would NOT recommend them as they have been the biggest disappointment I h I would like to express the experience that I have had with this company and would NOT recommend them as they have been the biggest disappointment I have ever had. I bought the car as they said they would beat Tim Dahl hands down and THEY DIDN'T. They sold me a car that they never detailed and it had so many scratches that they had to actually repair. I took it in to get detailed with a list and reviewed the list and they only did maybe 3 out of the 12 that I had on the list so had to take it back again. They recommended I tape the areas so they wouldn't miss anything (REALLY GET REAL). They say they will call you and you never hear from them and if you do it is a day or two later. None of them seem to care if your happy or not. I would not recommend them and will NEVER buy a vehicle here again. More
Nissan Altima I ended up paying 3000 dollars more than what they told me, which I didn't find out until I tried to make my first payment. When I confronted them abo I ended up paying 3000 dollars more than what they told me, which I didn't find out until I tried to make my first payment. When I confronted them about it, I was told there was nothing they could do so I got stuck paying the extra 3k. More
Beware of lies at Ken Garff. We bought a new Juke. Last year's model but it was new. Our experience with the saleslady was good, but the rest of the experience was awful. Part We bought a new Juke. Last year's model but it was new. Our experience with the saleslady was good, but the rest of the experience was awful. Part of the fault was my own, for being so gullible. The instant rebate and discounts they were offering verbally on this particular car turned out to be false, which I found out later when it came time to deal with Nissan Acceptance Corporation. We bought the car too casually, and now we regret ever going there. Also I had signed an extended warranty, and later we decided we didn't need it; and the financial guy wouldn't return my calls. Then I called Nissan to see if they could help. I finally went in and filled out a form for refusing the extended warranty and submitted it. Still no one bothered to call me back. But I kept calling and finally the receptionist returned my call, and I found out from her that they were going to cancel it, which they eventually did. Because of their attitude and their false presentation we will never do business with Ken Garff again. More
Do not ever purchase a vehicle from them. Horrible!! I purchased a vehicle from these guys in September of 2013. It is now April of 2014 and I have already had to make repairs on this vehicle of over $1, I purchased a vehicle from these guys in September of 2013. It is now April of 2014 and I have already had to make repairs on this vehicle of over $1,000. I purchased this vehicle for approx $15,000. I should NOT have to make any repairs on a vehicle that I purchased for that much money less then a year after purchase. I went in for an oil change to the dealership with the AdvantageCare program - they then gave me a LIST of problems with my vehicle. Ones that I was NOT aware of at the time of purchase. When we purchased the vehicle, we tried to have them change the tires. At the time of purchase they were very low tread. They refused and would not help us with that. Tires were the first thing on this list that they gave me that need to be replaced. Stating that the back two required immediate attention. Nice. The vehicle also needs rotors, brakes, CV boot, alignment, shocks. I would like to know how this is fair. AT ALL. I called the sales manager and of course received NO help. Telling me "cars are like athletes, you just don't know when they'll give out". My mistake for not purchasing a warranty, but where we bought the vehicle for approx $15,000 - I didn't think it would be needed this soon.. Boy was I wrong. I have never had this experience with a purchase of a vehicle. I am a very dissatisfied customer. And Ken Garff could care less. The only positive thing that I have to say is that the sales rep that we worked with at the original time of purchase, was great. But what does it matter what the sales rep is like if the product they are selling is garbage. More
Initially the vehicle we bought new from this dealership started having engine problems at 100,000 miles. We were always turned away. 15,000 miles later the engine seized and the reason given by their techs started having engine problems at 100,000 miles. We were always turned away. 15,000 miles later the engine seized and the reason given by their techs was impossible for several reasons, and i verified this other mechanics. This dealership then sidestepped the warranty they had sold us which was 200,000 miles and 10 years on the motor. Their reasoning was that we had done tires and suspension elsewhere than this dealership, after they had told us to do so. Overall we did pay them to put another motor in. This took almost two full months. After the fact the new motor was consuming as much or more oil than the old motor and so began over 6 months of constantly taking it to the dealership for no resolution. Included in this time period the dealership over filled and under filled the vehicle on standard oil changes. I also had to double check their work while i was there and immediately after. This all culminated in a 7 week wait for them to contact the engine company which they did not do until i had contacted corporate nissan. More
Just like most car buying experiences...They are your best friend up until you have signed the last document. We recently purchased a used 2011 Rogue and traded in our 2008 Outback. There are some common best friend up until you have signed the last document. We recently purchased a used 2011 Rogue and traded in our 2008 Outback. There are some common sense things I feel one should not have to think about when buying a car from a larger dealership such as… are there FOUR floor mats and not just only 3 included in the purchase? Apparently they only included 3 floor mats and told us we would have to buy a set (2) of floor mats if we wanted to have the 4th floor mat. I guess we should have been faulted because we bought a black car at night with black interior and clearly didn't see a missing floor mat. This should obviously be faulted to us the buyer. I also figured that included in the purchase would be a SET of keyS and not just a single KEY. However, once we signed everything, they handed us a single key…they did offer for us to buy the FOB and pay to program it *Thanks Ken Garff*. I mean…when we traded in our Outback to them, we gave them all 3 keys and all 4 floor mats *You are welcome ken Garff*. I think in all fairness we should have only gave them one key and 3 floor mats and sold them the other two keys and one floor mat since they were so gracious to offer us to pay for a 2nd key. I would expect this kind of service from a low budget “beater” dealership but not a company who says “they are above the rest.” It’s the little things Ken Garff that set you about the rest. The best part of the whole experience is that they seemed annoyed by us when we asked for the 4th floor mat. I'm embarrassed that I even had to ask for a 4th floor mat after they included 3 for us.
