Levi and Sam were very helpful, knowledgeable and diligent in getting me everything I was looking for in a vehicle. I ended up with all the accessories I was looking for. I checked several internet sites comparing prices, I ended up with the best price I was able to find. I'm very happy and impressed with the Nissan Rogue I got. I love all the accessories and the price. I felt Levi and Sam listened well to what I was looking for and they worked hard to make it all come together. Super excellent. Tim Astle in parts, was very helpful in making sure all the parts I ordered would work for how I was going to use the tow package. Tanner Swensen printed up some info that answered questions and concerns I had about the tow package. I felt like I got excellent service above and beyond what I expected. More

Cost me money and waisted my time. I normally don't write reviews but have dealt with Ken Garff dealerships a few times over the years and every time have not had a good experience. Th I normally don't write reviews but have dealt with Ken Garff dealerships a few times over the years and every time have not had a good experience. This experience was probably one of my worst. Purchased some parts for my vehicle and was quoted a price up front. In the middle of servicing my vehicle they realized they did not have all the parts to complete. The service person quoted me more money and quoted me the wrong amount, realized and said oops that is our cost. Was quoted the wrong price twice. I was able to get the additional part at another dealership for less than half the price they quoted me but had to special order. Asked them to put my vehicle back to how it was prior so it would be drivable while I waited for the parts. They continued to tell me they have to make their money and would charge me to repair back and that it wasn't their fault they didn't realize they didn't have the parts in stock to complete prior. Long story short I ended up returning everything and paid to have my vehicle serviced for nothing. Ended up taking my vehicle to a competitor's dealership. They also realized half way through the job that the one of the parts they had was incorrect and could not complete the job. This dealership ended up overnighting the part in, giving me a loaner car for the night and ate all additional costs. That is how a dealership should be. More
