Best Dealership in Salt Lake City I hate being ripped off, lied to or being pressured into buying something that I didn't want in the first place. Most people think the same thing will happen to them when they walk into a dealership, but THAT IS NOT THIS PLACE! It took me a few trips after some bad experiences at all of the other Honda dealerships in the area - even the two other Ken Garff locations, not all are created equal!) I met Sean the first time I dropped by, he was knowledgeable, friendly and nothing like what I had experienced elsewhere! Even though it took me three trips back, I knew after I left the first time that he was who I would be buying from, and I did! Love my new Accord and loved my experience there. If my friends and family purchase a car from any body other than Sean, I'll disown them! Great People I went into the dealership with a complicated situation. I needed out of a car, fast. I could not believe the service. I was told it could not be done by other dealers! I'm not someone who likes to hear no.. Going into Ken Garff I thought I was going to run into the same thing. After a few questions I was told "alright." I was amazed that I was treated so well given the situation. It took only a few hours to get what I wanted. It is nice to be treated with respect and not judged! Silly as a person who made a mistake.. I was treated poor by the competition. At Ken Garff Honda I was treated like I was the only person there. My mistake or problem became their problem and they were determined to help fix it! Thank you! I got out of a car I did not want and into the car I didn't even thing possible! More

The staff put us at ease and the lot and business area were superb. After taking a spin and determining it was a car we would like to purchase, Rusty our rep, treated us with respect and listened to what we needed in order to take the car home. The financial person was also very friendly and personable. We found the car we have been looking for and will recommend Ken Garff downtown to everyone!
