We’ve purchased multiple vehicles from Ken Garff in the past and have had great experiences. However, we have had nothing but problems at the Ford dealership. From the pushy salesmen who made promises that past and have had great experiences. However, we have had nothing but problems at the Ford dealership. From the pushy salesmen who made promises that he clearly didn’t have the authority to make to hiding problems with the car that were only revealed when taking it to a different Ken Garff dealer, I wouldn’t recommend buying here to any friends or family. The warranty they push as giving you peace of mind has only caused more headaches trying to actually use it. While they plaster “We hear you” around the valley and all over their building, they don’t intend to do anything with the information you provide. They may hear, but they don’t listen. More
Nikolas was my service representative. I explained that I had a service engine light come on. He said they would take a look, but that the diagnostic would be $99. When they checked out my truck, the light w had a service engine light come on. He said they would take a look, but that the diagnostic would be $99. When they checked out my truck, the light was no longer on. He said they still ran the diagnostic but nothing came up. And he didn’t charge me the $99. I thought he was a good rep who was genuinely courteous. I think I would go back to this dealership specifically because of his manner. More
I just moved to Utah and I have to say.. it is a night and day difference … this was a very pleasant experience. They’re so organized and helpful. Curtis was wonderful from start to finish! I have had my truck in the service department for three weeks now, and there is NO communication! I had 1 call in those 3 weeks, and I had to call them first. I have called several times to get an update, weeks now, and there is NO communication! I had 1 call in those 3 weeks, and I had to call them first. I have called several times to get an update, but no one calls me back! No one gives me updates. Curtis is always gone when I call, and his voice mail is full (I wonder why) so I cant even leave a message. This isn't the first time I've had Ken Garff service my fleet, and I have had a bad experience 3/4 of the time. Its worth driving to another dealer! More
Been dealing with electrical issues in my car for about 6 months. First visit in late August, they just told me nothing was wrong. Second visit in December, they replaced the battery (3rd battery in 18mo). I months. First visit in late August, they just told me nothing was wrong. Had an early morning appointment; 7:15 am. Pulled up to the Service bay at 7:06 am, a car was pulled into the bay by the service people just as I arrived. I then waited just over 10 minutes before I walked the Service bay at 7:06 am, a car was pulled into the bay by the service people just as I arrived. I then waited just over 10 minutes before I walked into the Service reception area, I was told to wait for someone to come out. It was 7:19 am when someone invited me back in to begin my service. There were many employees in the Reception and service bay the entire time. With that said, when I was serviced the service was exceptional. From start to finish I was kept informed and treated very well. More
