Horrible experience with Ken Garff Ford. I rarely make reviews but I took my 2013 Ford Focus in for recall work. I go to pick it up and it won’t start. Now they’re telling me $493 to fix the car when it r reviews but I took my 2013 Ford Focus in for recall work. I go to pick it up and it won’t start. Now they’re telling me $493 to fix the car when it ran fine before it went in for the recall. Also other reviews on Google mention the same “wire short” for $450 to repair.. maybe something they try pulling on multiple people More

Had my F150 repaired. Quick appt (they let me drop the truck off early) and they got the work done before promised. Jared was great to work with. Excellent service! POOR SERVICE I purchased my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch in December of 2019 with an added warranty which was recommended by the salesman. In March of 2020 I experie I purchased my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch in December of 2019 with an added warranty which was recommended by the salesman. In March of 2020 I experienced a noise in the right front end. I took my truck into the service department and John Goodman helped me. I inquired if the added warranty would cover the truck and he told me he'd check. He then called me back and stated the warranty would not cover this front end issue. I then asked if this was something which normally goes out and he said no. I inquired if I could get a military discount and he said they did not have one, but would apply a 10% discount. This cost me over $1,800! Then in July 2020, I started experiencing computer issues and engine issues. I was told a second time the warranty would not cover this, cost a whopping $6,500. The dealership offered no discount and therefore I decided to take the truck back. Bad dealership.. More
