POOR SERVICE I purchased my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch in December of 2019 with an added warranty which was recommended by the salesman. In March of 2020 I experie I purchased my 2015 Ford F-150 King Ranch in December of 2019 with an added warranty which was recommended by the salesman. In March of 2020 I experienced a noise in the right front end. I took my truck into the service department and John Goodman helped me. I inquired if the added warranty would cover the truck and he told me he'd check. He then called me back and stated the warranty would not cover this front end issue. I then asked if this was something which normally goes out and he said no. I inquired if I could get a military discount and he said they did not have one, but would apply a 10% discount. This cost me over $1,800! Then in July 2020, I started experiencing computer issues and engine issues. I was told a second time the warranty would not cover this, cost a whopping $6,500. The dealership offered no discount and therefore I decided to take the truck back. Bad dealership.. More

For the second time in a month we have purchased a vehicle from Ken Garff Ford. Though we didn’t plan on purchasing, Zach Madsen and Cash Shepherd worked their tails off to get us a deal we couldn’t vehicle from Ken Garff Ford. After getting the runaround by another service manager (supposedly experienced, but apparently not in customer service) I was referred to Nate Falslev (looks like the youngest guy there). Don't let that (supposedly experienced, but apparently not in customer service) I was referred to Nate Falslev (looks like the youngest guy there). Don't let that fool you! Nate was top notch in every way. He listened to the problem, addressed my concerns, and made sure I got the best service and price possible. He kept in contact throughout, and met the deadlines that were set. Best experience I've had at a dealership in a very long time, if ever. He helped restore my faith that good customer service is not a thing of the past. He gets my vote for employee of the month. Kudos to the service technicians as well. Job well done! More

Ken Garff Ford in American Fork was able to fix the problem with my truck while the dealer closer to my home couldn’t fix it. The staff was exceptionally nice and polite and friendly.
