I was told if I dropped my car off on Friday it would be ready to pick up Saturday. Saturday I had not heard if my car was ready I spent the next 4 hours trying to get a hold of the service department to fi ready to pick up Saturday. Saturday I had not heard if my car was ready I spent the next 4 hours trying to get a hold of the service department to find out if my car was ready. The phone would just ring and ring. I would talk to other departments and no one was of any help. After 4 hours of calling and calling and getting no answers on my car we decided to drive to the dealership. They told us that no one had even worked on our car all day and it would not be ready until Monday. I needed my car Sunday for a trip we were taking. This was such an inconvenience and so frustrating that no one cared about us and our needs. Communication was terrible. If they couldn’t work on my car on Saturday then never should have told me that it would be ready Saturday. More

The service was acceptable but the communication was terrible. After two days of not hearing anything about my vehicle, I called the service department.
