When I made the appointment I told them I needed the 5,000 mi. Tire rotation and and the heated seats box was pushed in on the one side. So I was there for 1 hour and 55 minutes so I thought I’d check on my car and was told they weren’t going to be able to fix the box. So I said I’ve been here this long to get my tires rotated. They told me it might take a day or so, so they got me a rental car which was nice. I had to go somewhere and then home. When I got home they called and said my car was done which was good but a little messed up. Then my tires were low on air and I was going to add air but didn’t yet, then found out they didn’t put air in them either. I would have thought that they would have done that. Making me wonder if they rotate the tires More

I am giving Nick Marshall a 5 start review purely off a phone conversation we had! A very nice person he was on the phone when I called him and said my mother-in-law needed a letter of recommendation in or phone conversation we had! A very nice person he was on the phone when I called him and said my mother-in-law needed a letter of recommendation in order to move into a specific apartment. The letter needed to be from someone that wasn't related to her but that she knew. They also needed to be someone that either was with a company with letterhead or had a business card. I contacted Nick because my mother-in-law purchased a car from Nick, so I called him with this request. He very kindly said he would do the letter and said he would get right to it! My mother-in-law has been trying to get a letter from her doctor for literal months and I contacted Nick once and he said he would get right on it the same day! I never met Nick myself but I would highly recommend Nick based off the simple fact he is now helping my Mother-in-law to get into a very nice place that will absolutely be better for her retirement and be closer to her grandchildren since she lives 2 hours from us and will be able to move to this apartment that is five minutes from us! Thank you Nick for being so generous and taking time out of your day to help ease my mother-in-law's mind on this process to get to her next step to a better future for her! More
