I bought a vehicle from Dan in August and he was very professional and accommodating, and got us a nice rebate for our vehicle. I reached out to Dan to help us get a car for from son from Florida since h professional and accommodating, and got us a nice rebate for our vehicle. I reached out to Dan to help us get a car for from son from Florida since he took care of us very nicely the first time. my son got a Camry and Dan mentioned multiple time since we are a return customer we would receive a rebate we did not. I asked multiple times about a first responder rebate and he blew me off every time. Dan was very quick to check all the dealer deduction boxes on his worksheet, but gave us nothing. my son purchased a Camry for the same price as my Highlander. very disappointed in how a return customer was taken for a ride financially.
