I dealt with while in buying a 2024 Tacoma Off Road with 6' bed and quad cab. My first contact with Doug came about as a result of completing an online form looking for a Tacoma as a result of being in a m 6' bed and quad cab. My first contact with Doug came about as a result of completing an online form looking for a Tacoma as a result of being in a motor vehicle accident. Within in minutes of completing the form I receive a call from Doug letting me know that Ganley Toyota has two such vehicles in transit. During the conversation I explained that I had to wait until my insurance company decided on whether to repair my existing Toyota Tacoma (2020 Off Road, 6' bed, Extended Cab) or declare it a total loss. He very graciously Thanked me for my time and said that he would keep in touch with me. No pressure. When my insurance company decided that the damage was too extensive to repair I contact Doug and made an appointment to meet in person to discuss the two Tacoma's Ganley Toyota had in transit. Doug was very professional, extremely knowledgeable of the Toyota product line, and very friendly. He informed me of the significant redesign that had gone on with the Tacoma and arranged for me to test drive a similar Tacoma. One of my big concerns with the new truck was whether it would fit in my garage. Doug had length and width statistics from memory that let me know that the vehicle would fit in my garage. I was impressed with his knowledge of the details of the vehicle. Based on that interaction, the test drive, and the knowledge that the vehicle would fit in my garage I decided to purchase one to the two Tacoma's in transit. I took delivery on Oct 26. On the day of delivery Doug was very helpful in helping me get my phone sync'd up to the truck and in explaining all of the various features on the truck that were different from my previous truck. He spent considerable time with me extending past the dealership's closing time and never did I feel hurried. Doug is a gentleman and was a pleasure to dela with! More
Surprise credit card fee added $15.
