We saw the ad mentioning the new financing options. We previously had to buy a vehicle during one of the worst times to buy aka the Covid fallout. Rates were and have been atrocious. So on a whim we decided to see if we could trade in our 2022 Chevy Silverado. Slade our salesman made our dreams come true and gave us a much needed win! We were able to trade and our rate went down from almost 9%. We will save $14k on the loan alone, not to mention doubled our gas mileage and cut our maintenance cost/frequency. As well got a better vehicle that maintains its value! It was an all around win win win win! He made the process seamless along with their amazing financial agent John who helped us save even more by getting us money back from the Chevy purchase! We really couldn’t be more grateful or appreciative to everyone there that made it happen. Thank you for such a positive experience! Highly satisfied and highly recommend. Fair service and fair pricing, service department has been extremely easy to work with. The dealership should put used vehicles through a more detailed review and make sure all items are in working orde been extremely easy to work with. Also the vehicle should come two keys and not fall on the new owner to furnish the second key. I would give a five star review if the vehicle I purchased had came with two keys, and wouldn't have spend the majority of the first month back at the dealer with issues that would have been addressed prior to it leaving the lot. I am very grateful for the service and issues be corrected free of charge but it was back TWICE for the same issue. Like I said, the vehicle I purchased four weeks ago spent two weeks in service (Ken Ganley and Ron Lewis) instead of with me, for issues that should have been addressed prior to sale. More
Bought a car for 30k from them, was told they’d send me the 2nd key in the mail after purchase since I was to get 2 keys with the vehicle. 2 months later, still no key. I call the dealer multiple times and the 2nd key in the mail after purchase since I was to get 2 keys with the vehicle. 2 months later, still no key. I call the dealer multiple times and they say they’ll have their key maker come out to me to make one and that never happened. I make an appointment so I can just get my second key for the car. I show up to the appointment…they didn’t order the right key despite knowing the car I drive and the work order specifying a FOB and key. I live rurally so this was an hour drive for me and 40 minutes in the waiting room to be told this info. I reschedule an appointment for a later date and they finally program the key and fob but they give me a fob that’s missing a button. Done with this dealer. Love Toyota but I won’t be coming back to Ganley for anything. And I know it’s the sales and finance people’s job but the upselling of services is really annoying especially when they can’t even get the service of providing me a second key to a 30k vehicle. If I bought that stupid paint protection or whatever, I can’t imagine the hoops this dealer would put me through just to use it. More
