The Dealership was able to make repairs within 5 business hours friendly and quick turnaround. Just bought my first new vehicle and Jared made everything super easy. We had to wait for the vehicle I chose to be built and shipped to the dealership and he kept me updated throughout the whole p everything super easy. We bought a used Rav 4. The important numbers were 310@72to 75 months. When we told our salesperson no longer than 75 months, the numbers were still too high, your sales manager didn't want to lower 310@72to 75 months. So we were going to leave when we were then told that those numbers were attainable. we thought great, we'll buy it. We only found out that they had changed the term to 84 months when we were talking to finance and signing the papers. A bit of dishonest sales tactics in my opinion, changing the term without coming out and saying it, only pointing out that the payment was where we wanted it and not that they had changed the length of the loan to get it there. We were and still are pissed off about that. We needed a vehicle badly so we took it, in hindsight we should have walked out. I doubt I will come back to your dealership for anything. I wanted to add that the car was dirty too, it was wiped off quickly and swept, but not nearly as clean as I expected. You have young kids in there doing the cleaning and I guess they aren't trained or given any guidance as to how to do their job correctly. The detail dept has a long way to go More
