Josh was busy but took care of me right away when he saw me. The inspection took a little over an hour & Josh said it would take 1-1.5 hours. I am on my 3rd vehicle from Ken Ganley Toyota. Nick helped us right away and took a test drive. The process was smooth and the dealership was very accommodating. Nick kept on top of the process and all was well. I bought a used ram. I got home and the ball joint was creaking. The service department replaced upper and lower control arms and stabilizer link at no charge. Loaned me I got home and the ball joint was creaking. The service department replaced upper and lower control arms and stabilizer link at no charge. Loaned me a brand new tundra for a day. Easy easy! Nick was an great guy /salesman! And Josh Bruce in the service department was amazing. Saved the loaner for me to get to work! Very satisfied. Can't wait to get the new tundra. More
