Service is difficult to reach by phone. Service adviser was dismissive and arrogant of our concerns possibly due to a lack of knowledge about our EV vehicle. We did connect with an excell Service adviser was dismissive and arrogant of our concerns possibly due to a lack of knowledge about our EV vehicle. We did connect with an excellent customer service rep at KIA who addressed the issues with our vehicle and will presumably follow up with KIA. Service department also seemed understaffed because we watched our vehicle sit for 12 minutes after service and wash. More

Horrible service department. They missed obvious things on my car and even damaged it when I dropped it off for a routine service. They are incredibly difficult to deal with.
