Took car in for routine oil change. Picked it up and check engine light comes on literally during the 15 minute drive home. Management said the light was on when I brought it in, which Picked it up and check engine light comes on literally during the 15 minute drive home. Management said the light was on when I brought it in, which it wasn't. Asked them to resolve issue and they refused. Approached things very politely and management was very condescending. Told them I've been a loyal customer for years. And that car was running perfectly fine before dropping it off, so clearly something happened. They refused to do anything about it. It's too bad, since I'll never go back there. Probably lost $75-100k in new car sales with my family over the next decade. Hope it was worth it for them. More
