My salesman was Ken and he did a good job. Staff were decent to be around. When I called and asked to speak to Lauren (the sails manager) the call was hung up on. When I called back I was told she was “busy”. If Lauren would have at least called me back I would feel that my business was appreciated. I kind of feel like I was a number to buy a car and the key situation will not be taken seriously. More
I bought a new sportage in April. They gave me the wrong 2nd key fob for my vehicle I have repeatedly called and emailed them. It was supposed to be mailed to me in april. When I call, someone is always going to check on it and get back to me. They never do. Nobody returns my calls. They text asking when a good time would be to call, I reply and still never get a response. I do not live close to the dealership and do not want to drive all the way there and probably still not have a key or an explaination. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car.
