He let me become used to the car console for a minute as the new car idled at the beginning of my test drive until I was ready. He allowed me some quiet moments during our test drive so I could absorb the car's features for myself. It was interesting that he anticipated some of my follow-up questions about car options and he checked and made sure I understood what the answer was. He asked if I had any questions. It was non-pressure even on such a busy Labor Day weekend. In the end, he took ownership and accountability over my entire sale and asked me to contact him with any question no matter how small after I bought my car.
