Just want to say that since management placed the service staff on commission basis, the department has been declining. I feel like things are sold to me that are not needed, as some of the reviews listed b staff on commission basis, the department has been declining. Want to improve?, get these people off commission and pay them a good wage. they work hard to service. I go there each time wondering what they are going to push on me this time? I follow my maintenance book to the mileage, so its not like I dont accept reccomendations for the factory service guide. This past year + surely showed me a decrease in service and increase in expenses out of my pocket. We bought 4 Toyotas from Freedom in my household since 2012. Needless to say, I am not happy. Love the cars, love, Raj, question the service. Oh and by the way, my fuel pump warranty recall that was performed recently, kicked the sensor lite off when I got home, 30 miles later. Took it to another garage, and was told that the sensor light for this warranty fix was NOT reset. JEEEEZ. More

Brought my car in for service. Only because I had a slow leak in one of my tires and lost my locking lug nut. Figured your “ experienced “staff could handle a tire fix! Sat for an hour. Was told it was a lo leak in one of my tires and lost my locking lug nut. Figured your “ experienced “staff could handle a tire fix! Sat for an hour. Was told it was a loose valve stem. Great! Easy fix! 4 hours later that night, came out of work, sensor light again! Took the tire of, since I got a lock lug nut while I was there. Found a screw in my tire! So much for someone doing their job correctly! Makes me wonder if they are actually doing things correctly when servicing my under the hood maintenance! Very unhappy with the service department right now! More

Service FRAUD Took my 2017 Tundra in for standard service. While I'm sitting in lounge waiting the service manager, Nick Gentili comes out to tell me I need a new b Took my 2017 Tundra in for standard service. While I'm sitting in lounge waiting the service manager, Nick Gentili comes out to tell me I need a new battery. I said what are you talking about the battery is performing without a flaw, starting the engine without as much as a hesitation. Gentili said the mechanic has found battery acid all over the battery, probably due to cracks in the battery. I asked to see it. Gentili and I went out to the service bay, the mechanic lowered the lift and tried to tell me that the road dirt on the battery was due to cracks in the battery and it was leaking acid. xxxxxxxx! I told them to clean the battery and show me the "cracks." Gentili said, "well if that's what you want that's what we'll do." xxxx right that's what I want. When the truck was finished and they brought it out I asked Gentili to pop open the hood and show me the battery, which he did, and low and behold NO CRACKS! I asked Gentili "so there are no cracks" to which he replied, "no cracks." So I don't need a new battery do I. Gentili didn't reply. 100% RIP OFF! Go somewhere else for service! More
