Awesome very helpful and made the entire experience great Auto trader referee me to freedom Toyota to buy my 2014 crosstrec. My wife thought it was a scam that the Internet Sales woman was not real. Well she Auto trader referee me to freedom Toyota to buy my 2014 crosstrec. My wife thought it was a scam that the Internet Sales woman was not real. Well she was Chelsea was super answering all of my questions. When we arrived we where met by Jeff Hinkle who listen to our issues and what we where looking for. Our day had some hurdles one car did not start one almost out of gas however Jeff was awesome and always smiled and said I'll take care of it. I really did not expect to buy the first one I checked out, but I just had such an awesome experience at this dealership that I did not see a point in going anywhere else. Doug was beyond helpful, very knowledgeable, and patient too, answering all the questions we had. When it came down to discussing the purchase he was anything but pushy. It seemed that he wanted me to be 100% happy with my decision - something I really appreciated. I've had my new Prius a few days now and I received a text from Doug making sure I'm loving it and asking if I have any questions about it. From the beginning to end of my buying experience, I had amazing service here. Highly recommended dealership! Ask for Doug!! More

As stated i was a priority to them and they made it a point to show me respect, and actually took the time to talk to my 6yr old daughter. To me this is a big deal as it shows the character of Brian the salesman. He made the transaction easy, fun, and moreless care free on my part. Everything he told me about car was 100%, the paperwork he summed up in less then 5mins and was exactly how he explained. No hidden catches. Chelsea was fast at responding and took my emails as seriously as I had hoped. A tough cookie to negotiate with!!! ;-) but she's as professional as they come. It was a pleasure to have contacted such a nice person who followed through on every end possible. Even after the purchase to make sure all is well and to congratulate me.... Shane in financial department was awesome. Quick very smart, and made it a breeze to sign the financing paperwork. Explained everything in great detail by explaining each option..
