He has always been professional, courteous and helpful. Prior to today's visit, I mentioned that I was planning a trip to Virginia. Nicky had me bring in my vehicle to check the fluids and belts. I received a positive report, but learned that I needed to have the brake fluid changed. So today I got an oil change and had the brake fluid changed. It was taken care of quickly and professionally. Nicky is always looking to make sure we are safe and confident in our travels. My wife and I are retired and spend a lot of time on the road. We have never been disappointed by Freedom Toyota or their Service Department and especially the care and concern of Nicky Gentili. More

15,000 service Jeremy was very nice on the phone and I love the fact that they pick up my car and leave me a loaner. Super helpful! During the week leading up to us making the trip down to Freedom Toyota for a 2012 Toyota Highlander we had discovered online, Matt kept us informed about the finite details of the vehicle - even going to far as to take extra pictures for us that were not online, and Brian kept in constant contact with us, tirelessly answering our numerous questions, and making sure that we were completely satisfied that we were not making a wasted trip. From the moment we arrived at the dealership on Saturday, Brian made us feel at home and performed the actual buying process as smoothly and hassle-free as possible. And we truly appreciated Matt taking us out on a final test drive to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. This buying experience was a true pleasure, as we got the car we REALLY wanted and made a deal that was very clear - with no hidden fine print. Before we drove off with the car, after making the deal, Brian made sure to take the extra time to go through the car with us and explain exactly how everything works, and even helped us pair our phones to the vehicle's Blue Tooth system.
