There was no pushy salesmanship or someone telling me what they thought I wanted, just honest facts and information and Donny knew literally everything about the truck, including the navigation and audio system which I was not at all familiar with. After I picked the Tacoma up my salesman spent literally an hour in and outside the car with me going over every feature, again. The vehicle we wanted was not available and they had to special order it for us and extend our lease with the current vehicle. The managers even got involved with this project and when our Camry arrived, one of them called us personally to set up a pick-up time. We will continue to go here when our lease is over and find another car. I highly recommend this dealership. More

As I decided my options, I saw Freedom's service bays still open at 6 PM. I thought maybe they could help, but was not optimistic. Greeted by a maintenance man who said without hesitation, I'll get somebody to help you. He called on Daniel Carter who immediately went about handling the situation. He introduced me to Erin Chicu, who even offered to reopen the customer waiting area for me. I was a major inconvenience, late in the day, everyone going home, lights off in the dealership.
