Told me a car was available and then when I got there I was told that it sold 30 min ago. I live in Philadelphia and hamburg is far away. What does that even mean? I think I was lied to and they said they had the car that I wanted so then they were gonna try and sell me something else. They really screwed me during rush hour and I should have just went to my local dealer. Should never have gone there. More

Just getting home and I don't know whether to be disgusted or just plain mad. The service fellow was very nice - and I have nothing but nice things to say for Mark. Took my truck in for a recall for a leak in the 3rd brake light. Was told it needed a part and that would be called the following week. No call. Called them after a month and they said the part was in - bring your truck in. Took off from work to get there today. They did the work and when called for the close out - it was to be $250!!!!! What? The light needed to be replaced and that was not covered. Still not understanding I asked for the part..it had to be replaced for a broken stud. I've never touched this light and asked how can that happen. No answer. Upon looking at the part it was not broken at all! The piece was never there - maybe from install not sure. At any rate I never told that this would include a $150 light and service charge. Nothng was ever mentioned,so I had to pay ro no truck.i don't write reviews but this has me ill that Kelly Toyota pulled this off. 40 years of beer buying driving and taking care of cars -never was tricked the way I was today. More
