My wife and I bought 4 cars when this place was Freedom Toyota and we couldn't be happier. However over the last few years this place has really changed and unfortunately not for the better. I never had is Toyota and we couldn't be happier. However over the last few years this place has really changed and unfortunately not for the better. I never had issues with the sales side of things and our salesman Doug Murphy has always treated us great and I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a vehicle. The service department on the other hand has been a joke. Most recently we had our Tacoma down for service and it was to be a routine service at 85k. We dropped it off last night and a lady called and said it would take longer because they wanted to check the frame rust recall(again no issue) We have always been diligent with the service for our vehicles so we always do what is recommended no matter the cost. I get a phone call today from a service advisor but unfortunately I missed it. They called my wife and told her all this stuff needed to be done. My wife agreed to the service because you do what they "recommend". Well I called and asked why they were doing the 4x4 service on it when we literally just had it done last time. The service advisor says well I didn't see it in your file but let me check. Guess what???? Looks like it was done and your bill should be $400 less. So if I wouldn't have called and questioned it they would've charged us for something that didn't need to be done. My advice stay away from this service department here. Imagine what they are doing to older or single people who just think they're doing the right thing by listening to the dealership. Sorry for the long rant but this needs to be addressed More

I Previously bought a vehicle when it was freedom Toyota, no issues. Went back in the market for a different vehicle (new Kelley Toyota), and I was very disappointed. I just feel like I wasn’t taken seriousl no issues. Went back in the market for a different vehicle (new Kelley Toyota), and I was very disappointed. I just feel like I wasn’t taken seriously and the staff was rude. They low balled an offer for my trade in, which made me feel like they thought I was stupid. So, I took my business elsewhere and traded my vehicle for a WAY BETTER price with a Subaru dealership, and I bought a brand new Subaru. My whole family has bought from Freedom/Kelley Toyota in Hamburg, but we will not be returning due to the poor and rude customer service. I hate to leave a bad review on anyone, but it needed to be said. More
