Genuine Customer Service Chelsea defines the true meaning of customer service. Recently, she messaged me to assure me that she hadn't forgotten about our discussion and was still looking; that's customer service! I did find a car through a family member that will be a huge blessing in my life. Chelsea then congratulated me on the find...many dealers I have spoken to simply ignore you because you're no longer buying a car/truck.
