I was impressed with both the sales and service departments. Reggie took the time to find out what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. He has a great sense of humor and really put me at ease through the whole process. I absolutely LOVE my new car and have already recommended family and friends to this dealership. The service department is excellent, too. As busy as most people are, sometimes things fall through the cracks. Not so at Freedom Toyota. They send e-mail reminders, make phone calls and send cards in the mail. They even have classes to help you learn all the features of your new car. I'm truly impressed with this dealership. More

My husband and I was on our way to Georgia and our car began to overheat. on our second attempt to have the car fixed we drove into Freedom Toyota. From the beginning Trish was very welcoming and polite. began to overheat. on our second attempt to have the car fixed we drove into Freedom Toyota. From the beginning Trish was very welcoming and polite. The car was immediately taken in for diagnosis and the work began. She was informative and pleasant and gave us updated information every step of the way. The car wasn't ready the same day so she got us a good deal on hotel accommodations, courtesy movie tickets and a loaner car. The next morning the car was washed, the charges was more reasonable than I thought it could have been and we got to Georgia with no further issues. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and Trish was the person that made it all happen More

Today I will find out if I am able to get into a new car with a trade were I owe a substantial amount of money. I have walked into several dealerships in my area were the service was below standards. At these places I have experienced little to no customer service...but NOT at Freedom Toyota! Larry heard my story and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about what Freedom Toyota has to offer me. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and willing to help make my experience an excellent one. With the amount of money I still owe for my current vehicle I know it is difficult to get me into a new car at my price range. I am committed to Freedom Toyota and Larry and I will defiantly recommend this dealership. Wish me luck but if it does not happen today I will be back!! More

I had been looking for a used car for quite a while at many local dealerships and was quite frankly frustrated with all of them. I was either dealing with inexperienced sales people or inadequate efforts many local dealerships and was quite frankly frustrated with all of them. I was either dealing with inexperienced sales people or inadequate efforts to get me financed. Until I walked into Freedom Toyota in Hamburg, Pa. and met Kathy Sheerin. Upon arriving at Freedom Toyota Scion, I was of the belief that my husband and I had come to browse and see our options before buying our new car. However, from Larry Riden's enthusiasm we quickly fell belief that my husband and I had come to browse and see our options before buying our new car. However, from Larry Riden's enthusiasm we quickly fell in love with the Toyota Camry, and bought it that day. The car was fantastic, and was incredible in the first few days. However, I am arthritic and have back problems, and the car was not as comforable as I had hoped. We brought the Camry back, and the staff was so understanding and compassionate. We ended up buying the Toyota Avalon and it is perfect for us! The staff at Freedom Toyota Scion was incredible - friendly, compassionate, understanding, and helpful. We would definately recommend our friends to buy cars from Freedom Toyota Scion. More

I went to Freedom Toyota to price out a new Toyota Tundra. Jon was more than helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Jon and Wes made me such a good deal, I drove out of the dealership a few hours Tundra. Jon was more than helpful and there was no pressure to buy. Jon and Wes made me such a good deal, I drove out of the dealership a few hours later with a new truck. The entire experience was quick and more than pleasant. The financing manager worked over several options and took the time to explain each one, getting me the best option. Great sales experience, hoping to see the same from service. More

I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by John Swank. I told him what I was interested in and he went right to work to answer all my questions on the new truck I was looking for.
