When I received the fresh start letter in the mail I thought it was just another gimmick, but I thought I'd check it out. Never did I think I would leave there with a car! The diagnosis of "Front rotors rusted up on the inside " was completely inappropriate. Especially when coupled with the offer for the custoemr to speak with a sales person.
