Having spent two weeks or so visiting various Toyota and GM new vehicle dealerships, I finally made the decision to purchase a new Toyota Prius V primarily due to it's excellent quality and fuel mileage. From the inception of my encounter with Salesman Doug Murphy, he stood up to greet me, was dressed appropriately and was very professional throughout the sale and trade negotiations. Doug was also very knowledgeable as to the various features of the Prius V models, technical issues and gave me a tour of the service, sales and parts locations for my future needs. Suggestive sales is crucial to every business and Doug certainly accomplished that goal as he convinced me to purchase the Prius V, 3 instead of the lower priced base model. Doug would make a great sales team manager because he has what it takes to make the deal and isn't afraid to step up and meet the potential customers. Last but certainly not least, Shane Remp in Finance, Greg Miller, Sales Manager and Wes Faust, Sales Manager all were knowledgeable, supportive and professional in the trade, purchase and finance process. The overall experience was refreshing and left me very pleased as I drove off in my new car. More

I emailed about a dodge durango to see if it was available, I shortly received an email about the availability of the vehicle and scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle. When i arrived i did not have to wait for service, the salesman grabbed the keys to the car and showed it to us right away. He then took us on a lengthy test drive and allowed us to look at the vehicle inside the shop so that we could see any imperfections. After feeling comfortable with the vehicle we purchased it and the salesman and manager were very willing to work with us on a price that we all thought was fair. All in all it was a good trip and i would consider shopping at Freedom Toyota Scion of Hamburg again. More
