What I experienced was something very different, surprising actually. I worked with Jasten Prutzman, a very easy going, friendly and customer oriented sales person. He worked hard trying to find me exactly what I wanted, and he did. He ran back-n-forth between his dealership (Toyota) and their sister (Hyundai) dealership next door showing me my options. I mulled-over my choices, changing my mind along the way...and Jasten was more than accommodating the entire time. There was no pressure, none. I feel like I got a good deal on my car. But, I also feel that buying it from Freedom represents a good value - service before, during and after the sale. More
