He is the reason I rated this dealership 5 stars!! My only hesitation in dealing with Keeler is their financial Dept. -Joe the finance guy's exuberant commitment to sell the extended warranty was overly aggressive and after writing a check for the car he never said thank you or congratulations just threateningly stated we would regret not purchasing the extended warranty!! Joe was condescending and inappropriate and elusive about specifics. I am hesitant to purchase from Keeler again because of my experience with Joe in finance department. More
