It checked all of the boxes - age, mileage, price and features so I stopped by on my way back to Rome for a test drive. I was introduced to Nick who was very pleasant to work with and who took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. We took a drive and the car seem to be a decent fit for what we needed. New model of the 2018 Honda Civic Si I first came to Keeler Honda back in 2014 when the face lifted model of the Honda Civic Si was released. Dealerships local to me just weren't willing to give a fair price in regards to my NADA research and dealer invoice pricing. I emailed Wendy Darling and immediately was impressed with her straightforward and to the point response to my question of "This is what I feel is a fair price for both me as a buyer and the dealership. Can you do it?" "Yep." she replied, " and we can even beat it. Come on in!" I'd grown tired of the multi-hour, back and forth negotiation as a car buyer with salespersons and all the folks in the manager fishbowl for previous car purchases. I feel that 99% of a deal should be able to occur through the modern conveniences of email or even text, and Wendy does just that. All I have had to do is show up and sign some papers, meet a rep in financing quick, and everything is ready for me to depart in under 30 minutes visit time. The new 2018 Honda Civic Si came in recently so again I contacted Wendy..and again we instantly agreed to a fair price for both sides, 100% through email. I showed up and all the keys and paperwork were ready to go. Signed and was on my way back home! On the service side, I've found the service department to be very helpful, accommodating, and fair. The only downside was the finance department's hard-sell on the extended warranty.
