We take buying a new car very seriously and were very happy with the service provided by sales professional Paul Haupt from start to finish. Paul is the ultimate professional. He answered every question that we had (and we had many) in a thoughtful and knowledgable way and also provided helpful information that we hadn't even thought about. We were so pleased with the entire process with Paul that we contacted him 5 months later to partner with him for the purchase a 2017 CRV for me! I've already contacted Paul a couple of times for some follow-up questions and he has always been eager to respond to make sure that our satisfaction with both vehicles remains as positive as it was when we first drove out of the lot in our brand new vehicles! On the service side, I've found the service department to be very helpful, accommodating, and fair. The only downside was the finance department's hard-sell on the extended warranty.
