Service after the sale is an understatement! I purchased my certified Ioniq 5 with 8500 miles on it from Kearney Mesa Hyundai.. Unbeknownst to anybody, it had an electrical problem that could I purchased my certified Ioniq 5 with 8500 miles on it from Kearney Mesa Hyundai.. Unbeknownst to anybody, it had an electrical problem that could not be diagnosed without taking the front bumper off. Consequently, I started having intermittent issues about a month later. Thinking that this was a warranty problem. I took it to the nearest Hyundai service center, and they could not duplicate the problem for three visits in four months. Finally after the 4th service they figured out the problem At which point the charge was going to be $3000 to correct it. I turned them down and took it back to Kearney Mesa Hyundai to have them diagnose it as that is where I purchased a vehicle. Nick Stutzman, my service advisor listen to my story, got me a loner vehicle, and set me Up with their diagnostic team. They concurred and reiterated my problem. They took responsibility for the vehicle and repaired it to my satisfaction and did not charge me. My service advisor and Kearney Mesa Hyundai exceeded my expectations!! More

Helped me reschedule my appointment for a safety recall from May to January. I made the May appointment not real thinking it was January so I appreciated the help getting it rescheduled as it was a safety from May to January. Scheduled an Uber to take me home with no problem and when he called the next day to tell me my car is ready. He said a car to pick me up as I had no way to get to the dealership so thanks everyone.
