Very fine business for car buying. Even difficult credit consumers will find help financing a car. Each sales consultant and finance manager were all exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. Outwardly no high pressure tactics, which was much appreciated.

Scheduling my service appointment was easy and they sent a few reminders as the day approached. Check in process was slow because their tablets were not working and they had to do everything by hand and paper. They did text with updates on status and completed by the end of the day, as promised.

Went in there for free oil/change tire rotation service and they did not do the tire rotation. Talked to david after and told him that my tires were still in the same spot as when I had brought the car in, he said oh yeah sorry they didnt do it, were closing but you can come back tomorrow morning to do it. I didnt have time to come back tomorrow, since I already took time off for the appointment I currently had.. Will not be bringing my car back there.

Shanw was really good and relatable, very supportive and he didn't only gave us a great overview of the models we were interested in, but he listen to us and he helped us deciding what was the best for us.
