Best Hyundai dealer in Southern California! I contacted them originally in February (along with other dealers) and explained what I wanted in a hard to find Santa Fe AWD Limited. They were the only dealer that contacted me regularly with updates and their continued attempts to find what I was looking for. They let me know ahead of time when the vehicle was due to arrive, and called me first when it came in. I went and bought it the same day. The staff could not have been more helpful during the entire process. I will not go anywhere else when I have to buy another car. The service department is the best around. ( I had another Hyundai that was totaled in an accident). I have used their service department and they have always been fair and honest with me. I won’t use any other dealer or service department for my Hyundai. Kearny Mesa Hyundai is the best dealer you will find anywhere when you want a Hyundai. And right now, dollar for dollar, Hyundai is the best choice for vehicles that you can buy, without exception!! More

George and Jared in the service department was amazing, we had just leased a new Sonata limited and requested locking lug nuts and a ceramic coating put on it. Once there the loaner was not back to lend us so he and Jared sent us home in a Lyft and put our car right in to be done, two hours later he called us and told us he was sending a Lyft to pick us up since the car was finished. The amount of courtesy and attention to our needs was excellent. The entire staff who helped us was very nice and thoughtful. I am so glad we are working with Kearney Mesa Hyundai over the next 3 years on this car we leased there. They are amazing at customer service and care of our vehicle. Thank you Guys! More

Stay away, they are morally unethical. I went here because I had a service engine light on. They performed a diagnostic test ($175) and said I needed a $900 repair. This business found the problem and fixed the issue for FREE because it was so MINOR. Kearny Mesa Hyundai is not a trustworthy business. The service department is where all the money is made and they will do whatever it takes to make as much money as possible. More

He did his job very well and helped correct a mistake of another service member from over a year ago to get a recall job approved from that location. Kearny Mesa Hyundai (KMH) is AMAZING. John Fenn at KMH is the guy to go see. I now have my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe (SF) and LOVE it. Their finance team is very helpful. AND, Sean, in the service department was on it. I took it in a few days after purchase to have door guards put on and he took great care of my SF. I watched those service guys. They move quickly, friendly and very helpful. I spoke with a few customers while in line who have been coming to KMH and are very happy with their service.
