To diagnose my car they took more than two weeks. I had to rent a car to commute to work that costed me more than $1400. The diagnosis itself costed about $167! Very unfortunate that they kept my car for a long time just to find out that the knock sensor was the cause, which was quite clear from symptoms in the beginning. Totally disappointing service. While employee was communicating well, they didn’t assign technicians on the car until after around 10 days from drop off. More
