this dealer should not be allowed by Hyundai to sell new cars because they do not have adequate staffing in their repair department to even diagnose or repair simple things beyond schedule maintenance. they cars because they do not have adequate staffing in their repair department to even diagnose or repair simple things beyond schedule maintenance. they told me to bring my car back when they had a technician and then it turns out they said they never did have a technician and then I must’ve misunderstood them. Ultimately, I had to go back to the dealer again and leave my car in their shop until they could find someone to work on it. It was a very simple problem under warranty, and now they will not assist me with returning the car to me even when I don’t have anyone to assist me to bring it back I was considering buying a new Hyundai, but I certainly would never buy it from the dealer given them their inadequacies and lack of responsibilities. Great service. I have an awesome salesperson who catered to me in search for my new car. I took my time and he’s so patient and understanding. Showed me different cars until I finally found what I wanted. I liked that I was not pressured in buying right away. It only took me several days to really make that decision. When I was good and ready Steve showed me the two cars that I was aiming for. That action confirmed my decision making. I’ve got the car that I really like. Love love love my car.
