I dropped off my freshly washed car for a steering repair, photos of my car were taken as usual, and the repair completed at a cost of $1400. I picked up my car 4 days later, it was brought out to me filthy, covered in dirt and an unbelievable amount of large bird droppings all over the car. I was stunned, pointed this out to the attendant and was told that car washings are no longer provided with service,even after being parked outside for days. I headed straight to a car wash for a $35 clean up. I am still in disbelief and incredibly disappointed! Robert Baker
