When I drop my car off with Brittany I know it’s in good hands. I only trust Kearny Mesa Hyundai and Brittany to keep me on the road and trouble free. Had a 10 AM appt. Waited until about 10:45 to be checked in. Once checked in all went well. Service was complete and Nick Stutzman handled everything professionally including scheduling a pickup once the car was ready. Nick and everyone else I had contact with were professional, knowleageable and helpful. One suggestion: stagger your checkin times so everyone doesn't have to arrive on time then queue up for 45 minutes. Looking forward to seeing your new building. More

Everything was excellent except for the long waiting time when dropping off the car. Arriving punctual at the set time I still had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in. I used to go to Frank Hyundai in National City. Over the past few years their service department has really gone downhill. I'm really happy to have Kearny Mesa Hyundai available instead.
